Question by Hailey: What are some Canadian artists that have paintings depicting aboriginal peoples?

As the question says. I am doing a project so these artists must be Canadian and not aboriginal themselves.

Emily Carr is the most famous, though her paintings were of totems and native villages, not of actual people. You may find some people paintings of hers if you search long enough. If you want people- painting artists, there are 3 that I know of:
