Question by 70308: Are there any ways to cheat the certification you have to go through in wresling?

With the new (well not really new) wrestling certification guidlines you have to pass a hydration test which is were you pee in a cup and they put a strip that tests if your hydrated or not. They also test your body fat % on one of those body fat scales. I do not want to cheat but if I can not make the weight I am planning on going I might have to. Please list any methods they do not have to be healthy they just have to work.
