Fantasy of Lights admission still below par

Attendance at Ritzy's Fantasy of Lights, a major fundraiser for Easter Seals, is still down significantly over last year's event. After 27 nights, the traffic count is running about 1,900 behind, and admission is about ,000 less than at this time last year.
